Location

The villa is located close to the main attractions in Florida, approx 25 minutes drive from Disney and the main shopping malls. Easy walking distance to Golf Club House, hypermarket and food outlets. The villa is in a select part of Florida at Southern Dunes and is professionally serviced and maintained to ensure your stay is enjoyable and helps you achieve your lifetime experience.

Located at Southern Dunes, the villa is approximately 25 minutes drive from Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom & Epcot, Cypress Gardens and close to many other premier attractions in Orlando. Locally, within easy walking / driving distance, there are shops, bank, bars, diner / restaurants and a 24hr Wal-Mart hypermarket.

The Southern Dunes golf club is highly rated and open to non-members. Food is served at the club house and there is a bar. On the site there are amenities for children and also a club house which includes a communal swimming pool, library, gym and lounge.

Accommodation and amenities

The villa has a large floor area of 2000 sq ft, sleeps 8 - 10 and includes a main lounge, small lounge and dining area; 4 large bedrooms (2 Twin and 2 Double) with walk in closets, three bathrooms a fully fitted kitchen, utility room / laundry, air conditioning throughout and a large double garage. Services include telephone, cable TV to main lounge and master bedroom remote control televisions, DVD / Video, Radio / CD. Integral to the villa is a fully screened pool (approx 13 ft by 27 ft) fully heated when required, filtered and maintained weekly to ensure it is clean and safe to swim.

The master bedroom includes a large en-suite bath / shower room with “his and hers” wash basins, toilet, large shower cubicle and king bath.

The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with a further queen size bed formed from a sofa in the master bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs. The main lounge looks out over the pool deck area which includes a covered area should you wish to sit, relax and/or eat in the shade. Adequate pool furniture is available for the comfort of guests.
