** All prices indicated are per week (7 days) for the villa and include local taxes and villa services

Bookings of 8 days by agreement.

For bookings of 9 days or more:

Low season $80 USD per day
Medium season $90 USD per day
High season $100 USD per day

Optional additional charges:

Pool Heater £50.00/$85 USD per week.
Cot $35.00 for duration of rental, paid locally.
High Chair $35.00 for duration of rental, paid locally.

Whilst the pricing schedule reflects competitive and typical arrangements in Florida, short notice preferential rates can be arranged subject to the villa being free and available for the week(s) being considered.
